Club KT director Katie is a personal trainer and running coach who has a love of the outdoors and discovered a need for community-based outdoor fitness sessions during the first COVID-19 lockdown in March 2020. She has a passion for community-based health & fitness and believes in a well-balanced, holistic approach to reaching personal goals. Katie runs group strength for runners classes, group boxing classes, free weekly community run clubs, weekend social runs as well as servicing personalised online run program clientele. She has a passion for assisting runners and those new to running with their strength and conditioning programs to get them to the start line injury-free, happy, and confidently ready to crush PBs!
