LIV Anura and Club KT have teamed up to bring you a weekly riverside run club where we meet, move, and connect together!

WHAT: 30-minute walk or run at your own pace along the Riverwalk, followed by one free beer or soft drink afterwards at Puck.

WHEN: Every Thursday for the month of April. Meet at 5:45pm for a 6pm start.

WHERE: Waterfront Park, Newstead — near the ponds at Skyring Terrace entrance.

COST: Free, with no registration needed.

WHAT: 5km walk or run along the river + $12 bowls or $10 boxes courtesy of Fishbowl together afterwards. All abilities welcome. Runner of the Month award announced on the last Monday of each month and awarded a lululemon James Street fit session and Fishbowl voucher.

WHAT: 5km walk or run along the river followed by refreshments in the beer garden together afterwards. All abilities welcome. Bag check available.

WHERE: Felons, Howard Smith Wharves. Meet under the bridge.

COST: Free

WHAT: 45 min walk or run. Out and back course so everyone turns around at the halfway time and finishes together. Coffee afterwards at Woolshed, 15 Helen Street, Teneriffe. WHAT: Social trail loop. Walk or run 10km or 6km. Post run coffee at Via Retro Cafe Van with a 10% discount for Club KT members. Spring Energy prize pack giveaway.

WHERE: JC Slaughter Falls Carpark - 34 Sir Samuel Griffith Drive, Mount Coot-tha. Meet near the restrooms.
